Resource Efficiency
- LED bulbs in units and common areas save up to 75% on energy use and last 25 times longer than traditional bulbs.
- ENERGY STAR©-rated appliances use 15% less energy, reducing utility costs.
- Low-flow aerators in plumbing fixtures conserve up to 50% of water without sacrificing performance.
- 8 EV stations available to residents for convenient charging.
Health & Wellbeing
- A water bottle filling station in the amenity space provides fresh water, encouraging the use of reusable bottles and reducing plastic waste.
- Seasonal herb gardens on-site offer fresh, resident-grown ingredients for meals, with education and hands-on learning opportunities available in partnership with Green City Growers.

Design
- Biophilic Design principles enhance the connection to nature, promoting mental, physical, and emotional well-being throughout the community. Examples include:
- Celebrated natural elements with paint colors and light reflections through the use of glass, tile, mirror, and wall coverings.
- Plants and organic-inspired artwork in all amenity spaces.
- Universal Design practices are implemented to accommodate the diverse abilities and mental, physical, and emotional needs of all residents, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for everyone. This includes:
- Improved lighting levels and acoustics.
- Closed captioning on screens.
- Adjusted floor transitions and door handle placement, and added automatic door openers for wheelchair and walker access.
- Prioritized outdoor access to accommodate everyone including a new footpath to vegetable gardens.
Detoxification
- GREENGUARD certified low VOC paints used through the community to reduce harmful gases emitted by traditional paints.
- Exhaust fans can be found in all units to reduce humidity and air pollutants.
- Walk-off floor mats at all entries help reduce indoor pollutants and dirt.
- Smoking is prohibited both inside and within ten feet of the building to maintain a healthier living environment.
- Provide all staff and tenants with green cleaning supplies, reducing harsh chemicals.
- Installation of MERV-13 filters, the highest rated residential filter available, effectively reduces pet dander, viruses, and allergens from indoor air, for better indoor air quality.
